April 24, 2025 Being an ex District Attorney for the city of Tyler area for many years, Matt Bigham is very knowledgeable about the law and how the system works and has dealt with many high and low profile cases and knows the ins and outs in all degrees. Attorney Matt Bingham goes out of his way to explain things on the level where you can understand. He and his assistant Arin are both very polite and helpful and treats you like a person instead of just a number coming through. Matt or his assistant Arin, always returned my phone calls the same day without fail. He got my adult son off probation earlier with serving only half the time he was initially given. This was something Matt Bingham did while my son was actually serving the initial probation term he was given. Matt Bigham did this service extra without charging the extra $1,200 fee he normally charges for this service. Matt Bingham is a man of high INTEGRITY. He tells you he is going to do something and does exactly what he says. I HIGHLY recommend Matt Bigham as an attorney. You will feel comfortable knowing you have an attorney thats smart, professional, will do right by you and is one of the top attorneys out there working on your behalf. You Want Go Worng and In My Mind You Want Find Better Representation. For five and half years I faced a life sentence for an offense that I never commented. My Attorney Vance Freeman of Freeman and Mills put together an unbelievable team of attorneys with Mr. Matt Bingham leading the way. On May 13th, 2025 my case was dismissed. Without getting into the weeds of my situation, I’ll say that one traffic stop seemed as though it would change the trajectory of my life.
