CIndy Wonch Did not disclose all lending requirements. Accepted agreed upon payment then demanded more money. They refused to refund the agreed upon payment stating it was not refundable after it was received. The non refundable policy was NOT in the original sign agreement

Rebecca Bishop I’d think before getting this company to do appraisal? They obviously don’t do their homework.
