The entire staff is customer friendly very professional. Natasha the branch manager is so kind to all the customers I have seen and I say that because I have experienced it when I didn’t know how I would make my payment and Natasha was there to assist. Natasha is very respectful towards her employees. I love the Pasadena crew. I give them 10 stars. I recommend my family and friends they treat you like vips not just a number. Hooray for Covington credit!

1 /5 Skeeter d: Please dont go here. Renee tells waisted my time, said I was approved for a lone. I asked on the phone if she needed anything and she said no because she had me email my original title. I guess she didnt trust me. So I asked on the phone if I needed to bring anything, she said no. Once I drive 41mins from my house she says you need the original title. She could have just said, I dont trust you and I would not have waist my time or gas! Go somewhere else! Not here
