Tim Mays Customer service has not been good recently. I recently bought a new car and sold one. Had some issues getting the correct auto insurance cards mailed to me. When I finally got them, they were expired. I have never experienced problems in the past, but a little disappointed in recent events.

Jay How Good cheap as hell but one thing that kinda sucks is nothing is automated no digital insurance card if you have to change anything like even a payment method cuase what ur driving to fredloyas lol but where else can you get insurance at least liability for 50 bucks a month

She listened to exactly what we asked for and got us exactly that. She does monthly check ups to make sure you are satisfied with your current insurance plan and your satisfaction with Insurigos services. All of the agents are really nice and ready to meet your insurance needs. Overall, exceptional customer service and exceptional company, would highly recommend.
