3 /5 Bernice Rubio: I switched one car to GEICO. I got a good deal, the other at Farmers, I tired to also switch on 12/27/24, but I would have to put more down. I had 24 hours to cancel. So I did within 3 hours. Jan 2025, I check online, now they are pulling 546 and my payment went up by 110.00 because they put my daughter as a driver. Well, she was a driver on my car I decided not to move. I call the number on the Corpus site, and you get agents, never get to speak to actual people from Corpus. One rep told me she would email me a letter to sign to exclude my daughter. No email came, today and I call again. This time Im told I have to send my Farmers ins proving my daughter in on that car, before they remove her from my car.....I never had her on my new car! So frustrated. And they cant quote me new payments until they receive this info. I sent the proof today, now have to wait 48 hours before they continue. ugh. Update: they responded with the message below to email them, which I did, and never got an response to the email.
