1 /5 Chuco Chica: My father has been with Allstate for over 40 years and has never encountered an issue until Oscar Arrieta came along. Ron Montgomery was a stellar agent who actually worked for his clients. I have read other reviews and experienced the same; when calling their number the agency is never open, leaving a voicemail is futile, and the most disturbing thing is my father never authorized anyone to make Oscar his new agent. Shady.
What I find ironic is they will happily take client’s money without following through with their obligations. Check out how Oscar and his family enjoy that money on their social media accounts. Shame on them for providing the most subpar customer service, ever.
An upstanding agent is readily available, gets back to their clients in a timely manner, builds relationships with Allstate clients, helps resolve any issues/guides them to someone who can help, and is honest and trustworthy. In other words, they treat people how they would like to be treated.
If you know anyone who is elderly and is their client, make sure you check for any changes with their premium. They don’t care about the elderly nor anyone else. Also, if you’re not happy, exercise your option of choosing another agent.
Make no mistake, I am not badmouthing anyone, I am simply illustrating what they have and haven’t done to give themselves such a bad reputation. Basura.
