It was fast, seamless, she communicated everything wonderfully, and she made sure I was getting the best deal for what I needed. I would highly recommend her for any of your insurance needs! She clearly makes sure her customers are well taken care of. I will definitely be going through her for all of my insurance needs.

1 /5 Renata Gamez: Víctor Cueva has poor communication skills , is not attentive or responsive. It takes several messages and phone calls to hear back from him and he takes weeks to take action. In September there was a claim filed for a hole in the kitchen ceiling and we are now in December (3 MONTHS) and nothing has been done. Recently my moms truck got stolen and it’s been a week today and he is just now filing a claim although he had already been notified. Also he switched the car policies from Allstate to a different insurance a left only one member in Allstate without my understanding. All in all this agent has been hard to work with and has not helped resolved anything. Pending these two insurance claims I would not recommend this Agency (Optima Financial Group) or Agent (Víctor cueva). I will leave my final review after we finish handling these TWO insurance claims.
