1 /5 Jessie G: Applied online and was approved for 9k. So I go to the closest store to me and they say I have to call slide rd location amd have my application transferred. (Not a problem) next day I go back once my application is transferred and with my proof of verifications and what not, Im ready to sign paperwork. Well the rude lady Yvette who looks at you like shes already judging you, tells me I have to give a title for my car as collateral. Well that wasnt not on the website? So she proceeded with her impolite office etiquette that she cant help and thats all!! I said okay?? Nothing else can be looked at?? She said no sorry we wont help you. So not only did she let an approved application out the door, but her demeanor was very poor. She is just there for a check and does not truly take care of ANY CUSTOMER. (Her sales #s I bet are low) Now I have an inquiry on my credit, score dropped a little, and got no service from this agency. I later went to security finance and was approved for over 1k, with no questions asked and they were very friendly professionaly staffed! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT ONEMAIN THE WEBSITE IS MISLEADING AND THE STAFF IS RUDE. EMPLOYEES SPEAK ON BEHALF OF THE COMPANY AND THE EMPLOYEE I HAD WAS AWFUL. HER approach needs work, even if the requirements are out of her hands, (which I understand) it is her approach that could have been more pleasant and left me with my first experience at onemain at least okay so that this review could have been better . Dont waste your (time) at onemain or (credit inquiry).... Go to Security Finance!!! 82nd indiana. THEY WORK WITH YOU!!!
