2 /5 O’Neil Peterson: My experience with the loan officer was mixed. While the overall service wasn’t terrible, it certainly didn’t meet my expectations. The officer seemed hurried throughout the entire process, which added to my stress. At one point, we faced some internet connection issues on my end, and I could sense their frustration mounting. It felt like there was little patience for the hiccups that can happen during such important discussions. I had hoped for a more thorough and patient approach, especially given the significance of what we were discussing.
