OneMain Financial - Wichita Falls (TX)

William Sanford Just purchased this RAM 2500. This is one of the most pleasant vehicle purchases I have made. The other one was also at Glenn Polk. Joel made this encounter a breeze. He was very respectful of our time. We spent a total of maybe 2 hours in the dealership over 2 days. Nothing but good things to say about Glenn Polk.

Steve Adams Dave Ramsey approved financial planning business. I do too but Im a little prejudice, my mother Charlotte Adams is the owner/president CFP there. Younger brother Matt,a Texas Tech graduate is a CFP there also. Mom will meet with you at no cost the first time while determining your most crucial needs. Dad runs errands to Sams, Office Depot and pays the bills. I did the filing and shredding from 1995 until the economy crashed around 2010. A Christian based business, Dads a retired Church of Christ minister, and my Moms as genuine and sincere as they come.

Rebecca Bowers Rebeca was awesome!! Very friendly and super fast service. I was in and out with no issues and she explained everything very thoroughly! Would definitely recommend going to see her for all your $ needs!

Lori Wendel Courtney made everything so easy getting a new policy. It was fast, seamless, she communicated everything wonderfully, and she made sure I was getting the best deal for what I needed. I would highly recommend her for any of your insurance needs! She clearly makes sure her customers are well taken care of. I will definitely be going through her for all of my insurance needs.

Erica Flores This origination deserves 0 Stars wish I could give it a negative 5. Nothing but employees who dont want to work or hate there jobs. So sorry hunny but if you dont like your jobs go find a better 1. Nothing but boogie Bit*hs up there who stand around not wanting to help anyone. Every time one of there OWN CLIENTS walks in there. All there employees do is look @ each other as of to see who is going to help THERE OWN CLIENT as if its a punishment. Plus to make it even better the hang up on their phone calls blaming the internet or saying there having issues with it when nothing is ever wrong once you show up in person. Ridiculous hate to see how they would handel an accident call... This is not the best insurance company after all!
