2 /5 Jasmine Lemke: Overall the customer service when we walked in was very nice. My boyfriend and I inquired on a 2500 the night prior to coming to look at the truck on Saturday .Unfortunately NO one called us, we thought why not just go look at the truck. We took the nice 1hr road trip from the Dallas area. To our surprise the “internet special” trucks are all covered in HAIL… that really should be advertised on your website.
I asked if they filed claims in these trucks.. he told us no, none of the trucks were filed, but then turned around and stated the whole dealership just got a lump some for the damage… mind you for dealerships to get that money they have to disclose the Vin numbers of the vehicles affected. Which can cause further issues for fixing the trucks down the road. The dishonesty of the hail and reports turned us away. Such a shame. Luckily we ended up finding a dealership that met all our needs, purchased a 2025 2500 Laramie. Just disappointed in Glen Polk
