1 /5 Gabriel Mendez: Terrible service! You get a letter saying you’re no longer insured and you contact them to get it fixed and days go by and they don’t answer you or say they will call you back and they don’t. Then your driving around without insurance thinking you have it. Then they have the nerve to cut you off saying they will no longer offer you service because you call them out on not doing one job. The only job they have to insure your vehicle. Wow just terrible. I recommend if you have this person as your agent get out while you can.
