1 /5 Rose Ochoa: I am really upset with the customer service. I never had problems before everybody was so nice. I always dealt with Cecilia and she was a very beautiful educated lady, she always treated me with kindness and respect! Unfortunately, I came across Priscilla, who is very unprofessional and rude. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager and very sarcastically and ugly ,she told me she was the manager. I asked to speak to Michael de Los Santos and she stated hes not there and wont be back until June. Mr. Delossantos I hope and pray that these conversations are recorded I would like you to hear the way she spoke to me on May 8th at 5:24 PM. my brothers were in my living room with me when the conversation was going on, and they cannot believe the mouth on her. I am definitely going to make a report of this.
