And now Im happy to have both my auto policy and home owners insurance with Farmers and Mart Hert as my new agent. And a great benefit is were in the same city. I highly recommend this insurance company! I am saving at least $80 a month now.

Santos V Villarreal I had a bad experience with customer service recently trying to explain to her that upon changing insurance with a new vehicle purchase I was billed for my liability on first car twice. I would think that because both were insured thru pronto that wasn’t legal but the lady just kept repeating to me that I could not get a refund. At the end I got no email or anything regarding my cancellation of policy. I have never had an issue with local offices but customer service is not helpful at all.
