They are quick to respond and really do everything they can to either file a claim, get new insurance set up, whatever it is, they are amazing! My most recent experience was with Gary Brandt and he is truly one of the best! We were trying to get homeowners, flood, and windstorm insurance on a new house. He worked TIRELESSLY with us, our bankers, FEMA...I cannot thank him enough for all he did!! If you need an insurance agent - go with Gary or Mercedes at Allstate. Hands down THE best.
