I called multiple times and followed the prompt to press 1, but no matter how many times I tried, I couldn’t get through to anyone. If it’s this hard just to request a quote, I seriously question how responsive theyd be in an actual emergency. When it comes to insurance, accessibility and reliability are everything—and this experience didn’t inspire confidence.
