We are incredibly grateful to Mark Morales, his assistant Jennifer, and the entire office staff for their dedication, professionalism, and faith throughout my brother’s parole process. This was his third parole hearing, and after being denied twice with a different attorney, my father decided to hire Mark—and we’re so thankful he did. Mark got the job done. After serving 14 years on a 20-year sentence, my brother was finally granted parole. 5 /5 Leif Bothne: I was sentenced to 38 years on a murder charge and was not eligible for parole until 19 years. Word around the system was murder charges rarely made parole the first time up. Well, I beat the odds and Mark Morales and his team played a large part in my newfound freedom. Because of their representation I am now able to prove to society that I’m not only a productive member of society, I have become a pillar of the community, just like I was privileged enough to be within the prison walls. They did a fantastic job making sure the parole board seen the good man I have became and all of my accomplishments during my sentence. Most important is the prayer and faith they were sure to put foremost in the entire process.
