Anna A Charges Consultation fee. We were pleased with the consultation which continued our services with them. During the consultation Mr. Alberto Garcia stated my case would take at the most 3 months. Services started in April and ended in November which took a total of 7 months. His secretary Laura was horrible! She was inexperienced in our type of case which lead to the long process altogether. Mr. Garcia seemed to always be out of the office, busy, on vacation, excuse after excuse (according to his secretary). Even with 2 scheduled appointments I was not able to have a meeting with him in regards to our dissatisfaction with the process. For my second scheduled appointment, after I waited at the office for 15 minutes Laura failed to inform me that Mr. Garcia was not even aware of the scheduled meeting and he was unavailable to meet. Finally, I stated to Laura I had it with them and that I was going to report their office to the State Bar. I was able to meet with Mr. Garcia and after that my case went into over drive and was completed within a month! Overall, I do not recommend The Law Office of Alberto Garcia because of the unprofessional environment.

Thiewes & Davis I hired Harris Law after my original attorney ghosted me. We had a custody case that started in Dec 2021 and didnt really start having any activity until July of 2024. When my attorney wouldnt respond I had to find a new law firm. After a long search ( I dont live in Bell County anymore) they were able to step in and take over. The staff was always very cordial and Mr. Lane Heginbotham was very helpful I really felt confident following his advice and guidance. There was times I felt overwhelmed becuase I was fighting for the safety of my child but he was reassuring and gave me the peace of mind I needed.

A Best criminal defense attorney you could possibly ever hire. Dont waste your time and money or risk your life and freedom with any other lawyer. Mr. Carter is hands down the best. Tell him the problem, pay him his fee and shut up and let him do his job. Thats all it takes. Would never recommend anyone else but Billy
