Hes always super helpful and even calls us once or twice to review our policies and tells us how we can save money or help us with updating any of our policies when well, life, happens.

Mark and Rachel got my rental house covered and everything worked out because they care. Both are wonderful to deal with and always available to answer any questions about my policies . I have been with Allstate since 1992. I met Mark and Rachel in 2006. They are the best agents I have ever worked with.

The installer was standing there and when I told him I was calling my insurance company he asked if I wanted their company to assist me with the claim. Im certain he thought Id be on the phone on hold for an hour. I wish I could share the look on his face when a real human answered the phone. I only had to give my name. To an insurance agency. With the person who answered. This a rare thing people!
