5 /5 Alonzo Pettiford: Marco went far above and beyond the call of duty to get me coverage. I own an older house and home owners insurance is hard to get because of the current market climate, I reached out looking for car and home insurance, the car insurance was quick and easy done in just a few hours but looking for a home policy was a different story. Almost 4 full days of trying to find someone to write a policy and we are still looking. Meanwhile Marco was able to save me $400 a year and increase the coverage on my vehicles. For this alone I will be telling everyone I know to get a quote ASAP. When we get the home owners policy I’m sure I’ll have more to brag about. A+++ service from an A+++ agent!

1 /5 Ms. Collins-Caldwell: Worked with Justin at Goosehead. This guy promised to save me $ on my home. Ended up placing me with a company that doesnt even insure my barn or my hangar, both of which were in guidelines. The value to replace offered for both was less than it cost to build. I was charged $300+ only to be canceled within a week. Still trying to get the money I lost back. Then, I get a call from my auto lender saying my insurance deductible is too high. And Im like how is that? The agent was like do you want what you already have to stay in place, yes of course. The agent gave me a $2,500 deductible!!! From a $999!!! So of course he saved me money!!! Ive been trying to fix all these issues since we started. Agent doesnt text back. Thankfully their customer service isnt bad. Make sure if you use this company that you get an experienced agent.

1 /5 Karen Cantrell: If I could give less than one star I would. They dont return phone calls, the dont update data as requested, its always someone elses fault. We started a process on the 6th and it is STILL not completed, but they made sure they were paid the same day. And the text communication doesnt start with Mr or Mrs (last name) but rather "hey ( first name) Unprofessional to say the least
