Talking to Kay is like talking to a friend and shes so joyful, patient and nderstanding!! I must have thanked her 50 times. Haha She helped me more than I even expected on a loan we have with them and she was able to get me caught super quick with an option she offered. Her manager Julian allowed a fee to be waived too to make it to where were in perfect shape now. I got off the phone feeling very optimistic. This is true customer service and I highly recommend Kay, Julian and the Denton Mariner Finance location to everyone! I hope someone can do something nice for them! Thank you!
