1 /5 The BlasterMaster: Honestly, there is not enough space on the internet to list what an awful insurance agency this is. In my 45 years of all types of insurance, I have not experienced anything like this. My agent Tony Sanchez talked about how he is special and my experience with him and with his broker was just the opposite. Contacting Tony was always difficult. Typically I had to send a few messages to get him to call back. Sometimes weeks in-between. He once sold me a wrong policy which I caught and he blamed on someone else. Then his follow-up on my credit was useless. My payments were all messed up and after several calls to Tony, I contacted the insurance company myself to straighten it out. Then there was a claim which I understand he filed incorrectly. This caused months on delay. In the end, the insurance company offered a settlement far below my deductible. I made a few calls to Main Street Ind. Insurance agencies. I only always got an answering machine. Of my calls, they only returned 1 call which didnt answer my question so I left another message that was never returned. Finally a contacted Tony to not renew my insurance and once again, he gave me the wrong information for what I requested. So once again, I had to call the insurance companies myself to fully cancel my policies. So not only did Tony Sanchez not fulfill his responsibilities as my agent, he caused a list of problems that I had to resolve. And my experience was Main Street Independent Insurance Agencies Inc was no different.
I would not recommend Tony Sanchez nor Main Street Independent Insurance Agencies Inc..
