5 /5 Chris Raymond: In December of 2016 I made a terrible choice and decided to drive home from a Christmas Party after drinking. I was pulled over for speeding and arrested for DWI. I was taken to Harris County Jail and spent the next 36 hours shuffling from cell to cell wondering what permanent damage I had done to my life. On recommendation my wife contacted Thomas Locke to see if he could assist me. After being released from jail Thomas met with us on a Saturday morning to discuss my options and explain the process to me. Being that I had never been arrested this was extremely helpful. Also, it was reassuring to speak with someone who was not judgmental about the mistake I had made. Over the next several months there were many legal challenges for my case. Thomas was by my side at every hearing and working furiously on my behalf to help me see the resolution of my case in an expeditious manner and the least long-term effects to my criminal record. This included getting me into the Pretrial Diversion Program despite my not meeting the criteria for enrollment. In July of this year I will got to court for the final time ending this nightmare. The charges against me will be dismissed and soon after the arrest will disappear from my record and it will be as if none of this ever happened. There is no doubt in my mind that Thomas Locke saved my life and there is no other attorney I would want by my side.
