You deserve legal representation that listens to you, respects your decisions, and honors your rights, not one that bullies you, yells at you, and threatens you for walking away. After being involved in a serious accident, my first ever...I began searching for legal help and came across Daspit Law Firm through a radio ad. What I experienced with them was beyond disappointing, it was actually disturbing. I initially spoke with an attorney named Andrew. I had some questions, not just about personal injury but about my accident in general. Rather than offering guidance, Andrew made it very clear that if it didn’t directly relate to a personal injury claim, he didn’t have any information for me. That response alone made me uncomfortable, and I quickly decided this was not the firm I wanted to trust with my case. I emailed Andrew to let him know I no longer wished for Daspit Law Firm to represent me. Instead of honoring that, he called me four times back-to-back, which I did not answer. I sent a second email, again stating clearly that I wanted to terminate the relationship. I never heard back from Andrew after that. But the next day, I received a phone call from a completely different attorney named John, and this is where things got hostile. This attorney’s behavior was nothing short of aggressive and unprofessional. He accused me of lying. He yelled at me, saying, “Whatever you get, we’re still going to take 35%,” and insisted that I’ll end up paying two attorneys. He flat-out refused to acknowledge my right to end the relationship, telling me they would not dissolve the contract. I told him they hadn’t even done any work on my case, and still, he continued trying to intimidate me and bully me into staying. Sensing how inappropriate the call had become, I began recording the conversation. The moment the phone system announced the call was being recorded, his entire demeanor changed and then he immediately hung up. That moment said everything I needed to know about this firm and reassured me that I made the right decision. This is not a team of professionals I would trust with any legal matter, especially not a personal injury settlement. Their behavior felt manipulative, hostile, and money-hungry. Rather than serving clients with integrity, they pressure, intimidate, and gaslight people who simply choose to go elsewhere. I’m relieved I made my decision early. I’ve since found a much better law firm, See You at the Top. Not only are they kind and respectful, but they’re also highly capable of helping with both personal injury and personal property concerns. They treated me like a human being, not just a potential check. This was my real experience and I hope it saves someone else from making the same mistake.

I did not feel there was a strong effort to negotiate for a fair settlement, and after signing the agreement, I was repeatedly told that opposing counsel was sending the check. This has been going on for over a month without resolution. At this very moment, I am still waiting, and there is no clarity whatsoever from the firm representing me. I expected more transparency, urgency, and professionalism. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

1 /5 blake bearce: Don’t trust them with your case. I’ve been dealing with them since 2021 and have yet to receive my settlement. The case was settled in January and I’m getting the run around about payment not being ready yet. They won’t give me any updates. I’ve called numerous times with no one able to reach my attorney or assistants and I’m told they will call back and they never do. Last time this happened I left a review about them keeping my money and they immediately called and updated me and asked me to take the review down. I kindly did but I won’t this time until I get what’s owed to me. I’m not sure how this place stays open with such a lack of communication. It’s ridiculous and I don’t feel they are a good choice when it comes to accident attorneys.
