1 /5 Desmond Kenebrew: Worst lawyer I’ve ever had. Showed up to divorce court and somebody in front of us was dropping him for the same reason I dropped him from my case. If you are looking for a lawyer who will put their all into your case and not just treat you like another check HE IS NIT THE LAWYER FOR YOU! He’s good for fighting a traffic ticket small stuff like that do not put your life in his hands!

1 /5 Liz Cheshire: They take your money & turn their back. You never hear from the same paralegals. NEVER HEAR FROM Buce. Always out of town. I received no information. Was not represented. Discovered that I was divorced by an email . The worst you could possibly imagine. The opposing attorney sold a van that I had made most payments on, including payoff, my name on title. How did they do that? Possibly HARDIN COUNTY JUSTICE? Hmm

5 /5 Brees Morciglio: Attorney Bruce Smith did an amazing job on my fathers case. He managed to keep him out of jail on a felony case and what he charged was so reasonable. I recommend Mr. Smith and his office to everybody. They can handle everything from divorce cases to criminal cases. Him and his staff were great and had very good service. His paralegals were available anytime and called back within a 2 hour span if they missed the call. This is a great team. Thanks again Smith and Shipley Lawfirm!!!! You guys rock!!!!

1 /5 Schofield Hinkston: If you know like I know you better run.. These ratings stating as if he’s any good are fake, I was a PAID client and I had to fire him because him nor his paralegals took my child case serious and pushed my child further into danger helping the other person and attorney, he made deals that I wasn’t aware of.. I hired Bruce Smith on two different occasions totaling $4,000 and has never walked in front of the judge with but one time and that was for me to fire him off my case.. I hired him first to file a motion so we could go back in front of the judge for my case to be heard and that never happened, he stringed me along making me think he was on my case but never even looked at my case in my opinion.. I kept bringing proof and evidence of things our child was dealing with and nothing was ever done, I pay more child support then I should and he have the proof of that, I paid medical and dental insurance and he has proof of that but he never presented any of it and the judge had no knowledge of it (just finding this out since I fired him) but before I find all of this out the other parent had started denying me my visits and I contacted him in march and he tells me to pay $1500 for an enforcement so I did and when I fired him 11/09/2023 I still hadn’t seen a judge, she had done denied me at least three more times since she was served and nothing never said, he had made deals and signed off on them without out my knowledge agreeing to give the other parent more money for child support and pick up and drop off but nothing about my enforcements, him and her lawyer would laugh and crack jokes together but my daughter was in danger.. He was the attorney for her lover criminal cases and should have said that before taking more money but he didn’t and he sold me out to help they case and when I asked for a refund he refunded $395 DO NOT HIRE THIS TRASH ATTORNEY
