1 /5 Melika: I had high hopes for this firm based on the reviews, but my experience was the complete opposite. From the moment I signed the contract, communication disappeared. There were no meaningful updates or follow-ups, and it felt like they were just looking for the easiest way out rather than actually fighting for a proper resolution.
The legal assistant assigned to my case was unprofessional, careless, and clearly inexperienced. Their mishandling of important steps nearly jeopardized my entire claim. Months went by with zero progress, constant errors, and no accountability.
To make matters worse, they referred me to another attorney who was even more unprofessional and disorganized than Zinda. That was the final red flag. I’m beyond relieved that I no longer have to worry about these people representing my case.
This firm does not represent what it claims to be. What a stressful, frustrating experience.
And don’t even bother responding with your usual, “Call the firm to voice your concerns.” Zinda Law Firm had more than enough chances.
