Hunter Haddad Chase was excellent to work with, other people saying he is rude obviously didn’t actually talk to him. Chase went above and beyond in a very professional manner, explained to me my rights, explained to me how GAP works, and even went above and beyond to help me contact gap. In a world where honesty is hard to find, my interaction with chase was a breath of fresh air. 5/5 whenever you need anything ask for Chase!

Kimberly J I got a loan with OneMain Financial to help build my credit a while back. Since then, I’ve received multiple emails saying I’m approved for a loan increase. But every time I apply, it says I’m approved then someone says I need to use my vehicle as collateral. That was never mentioned upfront on the application, which feels very misleading. On top of that, I had a scheduled call they never made, and when I followed up, no one called me back like they said they would. So I contacted the store and spoke with i believe someone named Maria and I explained everything and asked to be removed from these misleading emails. The woman said she’d remove me, then hung up in my face. Overall, poor communication and false advertising.

Josh Sanchez Jason and his team were fast and efficient with getting my taxes done. They were always available for me to talk to when I needed guidance on what I should provide to them. They even worked with the fact that I live hours away and allowed me to E-Sign my tax return so I didn’t have to drive several hours again. They definitely will have my continued business for all the years to come!
