Kay plead my case with the information I sent her, and I did not have to appear. The court dismissed my ticket because I completed the class and due to my circumstances. If you fall on hard times, do not give up- this service was well worthwhile. Kay was also very considerate and empathetic. A perfect experience all around. Thank you!
