Amy Banks is a lawyer that can get things signed by a judge because of the reputation but she is a horrible person who will accept any case- as long as she gets money from it. after taking your money, she files incorrect paper work to the court resulting in dragging restraining orders on for as long as she wants. even when these orders that she filed were unnecessary in the first place and do nothing but hurt the children. She keeps innocent children away from their parents with no regard for the amount of trauma the children get from being isolated from their primary caregivers. She does not act in the children’s best interest, only her clients regardless of the actual facts. Her true intentions are to TAKE THE CLIENTS MONEY- NOT HELP CHILDREN. Regarding the comment- leaving this review was not coming from a bitter opposing party. My kids have been directly affected by the incorrect paperwork, lack of proper information, and extremely slow actions. We were able to handle our issues amongst ourselves because the client you represent is aware that you led him in the wrong direction and it caused damage to our children. This wasn’t a review to disparage you out of being upset, I have my kids back regardless. This was to warn people in our area about how your law firm handles things slowly and acts with zero regard for the children involved in the case. Not one false accusation was made.Thanks Amy!
