5 /5 Robert Marquez: I initially went to the Hailey-Petty info session over Wills and Trusts just for the food but the information was so well presented that I decided to sign up for the 1 hour, 1-on-1 informational session. What was great was that we didnt meet with a legal assistant or a paralegal, no, we met with Counselor Sharrissa Baeza, the same lady giving the presentation (I understand that this may not be the case for everyone, but it was refreshing to see). We received some valuable information, so much so we decided to proceed beyond the 1 hour, 1-on-1 informational session to set something up. After that, it took about 2 to 3 weeks (due to scheduling and timing) to square everything away but the communication during that time was clear and concise. The following steps were outlined, what documents were needed, payment structure, etc. Counselor Baeza, based on our circumstances, required we do a translator at signing (which we did) and was able to keep us within an hour time frame so we dont get charged additional time by the translator (everyones situation may be different, but this was our experience). We are appreciative of the Hailey-Petty Law Firm in helping us to outline and secure what happens with everything after we are gone and especially Sharrissa Baeza for guiding us through the whole process along the way.
