1 /5 Reliable Co: Terrible. He did not fight for his client at all, gave a lot of misinformation, and finally refused to give his client his file, which is rightfully the clients. Please think 10 times over before hiring this attorney. If you do, you will have to double check everything that is told to you.The amount of time, money, energy, and life lost due to his negligence is astounding and I would not want this to happen to anyone else.

I would invite all of your clients to speak to other criminal law attorneys regarding this and not be misled by your misinterpretation of the law by taking it out of its context. Could it be that all of these other, very successful, well respected attorneys Ive consulted with are wrong and you, the attorney who has given incorrect information multiple times and was extremely lazy in representing your client are correct? Invite your clients to speak to the State Bar of Texas which you should be hearing from and dealing with very soon Mr. Sokolowski.
