They were communicative, informational, and supportive throughout the whole process and were able to take a ton of the stress off my hands. Jeremy and his team worked tirelessly on my case for 2 years, during that time they offered so much support and empathy for my situation. I doubt any other law firm would even try to show that level of sympathy, and even then it would be a poor imitation of what the Levine firm provides. I never felt like I was pushed aside or seen as a cash cow (unlike other law firms who hounded me to be their client, clearly looking for a pay day). If I had a serious question, Jeremy would call personally and answer any pressing questions or give me reassurance about my case. He was always thorough with explanations about the legal-ese or the rational behind each legal move; he explained everything very clearly and took any concerns or criticisms I had to heart. Cheryl is simply the best, she was always available to help and gave me so many updates that I never left like I had to ask. I never felt like they saw me as a bother if I did have follow up questions to updates. Everyone at the firm was a delight to talk to. As much as I hope I never have to use their services again, if I am ever unfortunate enough to be in another accident, I know exactly who Im calling for help!
