1 /5 Chal Call: My mother will never use this companies service again ! Karen Lederer was very unprofessional, and rude. After my father passed my mother had to take over the account, but did not receive the same customer service experience. I highly suggest pulling some of her calls to see how she handles/talks to her customers!!! I am so disappointed on how Karen treated my mother being she is a senior and did not need the extra stressors! Karen Lederer sometimes we get comfortable in our positions and can be curt at times just no longer care, if possible take updated customer service courses or training on how you handle different cultures different age groups and overall how to provider excellent customer service. This company is tight knit in the office, so I did report the incidents more than one to Missy Thomas, Personal Insurance Manager, to which went unresolved and brushed off, to which my mom was forced to switch insurance companies after my dad/mother been with this company for years! I also left a voicemail with Dan Noltensmeyer, but never received a call back or any communication.
