Rich Lively This is a follow up report to my initial 5 star review and post about Pelley Law Office and their staff. There was one vendor / contractor, that refused to stop sending me bills and nasty letters well after the court finalized. I contacted the law office and they took care of the issue. They continue to support me well after the case is closed. I highly recommend the Pelley Law Office and their staff, the are the greatest.

I was involved in a slip in fall accident at Wal-Mart in Aug of 2024, it was settled in Mar 2025. Stoney was a great case worker. He took care of everything as far as communicating with me on my case.

Little Bit Of Everything They were absolutely phenomenal, my go-to guy was Mr.John Shaw; when I couldnt get a hold of him, Miss Kelsi would always be more than willing to help. My divorce case was extremely complicated, however in my initial interview with Mr. Shaw I explained the situation and he assured me that he had it covered. I briefed him on what I would like done with the case before he came on board, and when he took the case he did not waste any time. He got everything handled that I wanted handled in not only a timely fashion, but he went above and beyond to accomplish exactly what I asked for. He made it happen, even though it was a complicated case. I am an out of stater, so everything was dealt with over the phone. It was very important that there was a good line of communication, and I am not disappointed.
