1 /5 Joker The joke should end: Overall a terrible experience. I was charged multiple times for the same thing, mislead about the time frame of my case, and the costs. At the start of my case I signed up for my services, and was told my retainer should cover everything, and we would be done in 6 to 8 months. During the middle of my case things changed, and I required less services, however the cost exceeded even the 1st estimate that included more work. My case would be put off for months, the turnover in the office was disturbing. I had several people toss my case around to each other. And when it came time to wrap up my case, I was treated disrespectfully because I had several questions. It got to the point where I wanted to just leave and no longer have them represent me. I had to actually speak to the main lawyer to resolve and move forward. But not only did Thomas lie to me about the status of my attorney, telling me she was just a billing employee... Only to have her show up and represent me in court. I was mislead. Ending my services was one of the best things I could have done for my stress, and I regret not following my instincts. We paid our final bill, and expected to hear nothing else. I just received another bill with no follow up. Communication isnt this companys strong suit. I would not recommend.
