5 /5 Rich Lively: This is a follow up report to my initial 5 star review and post about Pelley Law Office and their staff. There was one vendor / contractor, that refused to stop sending me bills and nasty letters well after the court finalized. I contacted the law office and they took care of the issue. They continue to support me well after the case is closed. I highly recommend the Pelley Law Office and their staff, the are the greatest.

They guided my wife and me through our Chapter 13 bankruptcy, making us feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. They took the time to go through every detail with us, ensuring we were on the right track, and have continued to be responsive with follow-up questions as they arise. They’ve also been very helpful in handling communications with creditors directly. We highly recommend the Pelley Law team to anyone considering bankruptcy but unsure if it’s the right path— they will provide the guidance and support you need.

The Attorney Richard Pelley made me feel very comfortable and help me explain to him how I got myself into money issues with past due credit cards accounts and medical bills. Him and his wonderful staff did whatever it took to file the Bankrupcy claim on my behalf. My loved one was facing serious first degree criminal charges that couldve put him way for a very very long time. Mr. Pelley did all that he could to get us the best possible outcome and will forever be grateful.
