Margo, the branch manager at the Waxahachie Uptown location, has helped us so many times. She is always friendly and knowledgeable. It is important to be able to trust someone with your finances and Margo makes that easy.

John C I am closing my account with Momentum Bank. It started when I wanted to help my brother-in-law cash his stimulus check. At first, they said they would do it, if I deposited the check into my account and the funds would be available at a later date. Fine, no problem. Then, they say no, they cant do it since my brother-in-law is not on my account. Then she says very rudely: "Take it to Wal-mart, they do that kind of thing". I had 10 times the amount of the check in my account at the time! I guess they really did not want my business that bad. I went to my other bank across town and they gladly cashed the check. Goodbye Momentum Bank.
