5 /5 Lee Cook: Service Department is spectacular. They go above and beyond to help you get your vehicle fixed. Sales department is good. Ramon Mora makes the sales and finance department shine. If it wasn’t for him the sales department would be hurting.

1 /5 Yolety Loya: My Jeep has been there for 10 months back and forth! In those 10months maybe I’ve had for 2 weeks because they said they fixed it and they DID NOT!!! I’m over them telling us they will have it ready tomorrow and then we call and they say they found another sound and will fix it, going on like that for 2 weeks! At the beginning they ordered the wrong part and it was back ordered! It’s just been awful service! It seems like they are just guessing what’s wrong with it! Plus let’s not forget we spend thousands already! Oh and we are still paying on it monthly and that sucks with it being in the shop “getting fixed”! I would not recommend to take your vehicle to get fixed there! They also just offered once to give us a loaner car, we maybe had it for a month or so. Then they told us they had sold that car and we needed to turn in and our Jeep was fixed but it was still making noises when we got it!!!!! I could just keep going but I’ll stop there! I’m very upset and mad at their service!

2 /5 Bill Yelley: Had a starter replaced. The cost was extremely high and took too long. My wife had to pick up the pickup and return it to Tulsa. The exhaust bolts were broken and ignored so I had to have them repaired at my added cost. The technician rigged the bolts to keep them from coming out en-route.

4 /5 CW C: Had to use the service department. They fixed the problem and got the job done in a timely manner, but wasnt impressed with customer service.
