5 /5 Bailie Dykstra: I came across Kevin Kulle and his team by accident. They were one of the agents that responded when I inquired about rates online. I decided to go with them because they were nice, but mainly because the rates were the cheapest and boy, am I SO glad I did! Shortly after switching, our home was significantly damaged by a tornado and hail storm. My husband and I had never had to file a homeowners claim before, but Kevin helped us every step of the way and made the process as easy as possible. More importantly, with a baby less than a month away, he made sure everything was done as quickly as possible and stayed on top of our claim. We then ran into some issues, but Kevin went to bat for us and did everything in is power to make sure we were taken care of. We have many friends and neighbors that had issues as well, but didnt have positive outcomes like ourselves, and I truly believe this is because they did not have a FANTASTIC agent like, Kevin Kulle. Kevin and his team have been phenomenal and a joy to work with! (Can you even say that about insurance? lol) My husband and I have developed a relationship with him and it gives us comfort knowing we have someone in our corner who will take care of us when we need it. I believe what sets your insurance apart from the countless options out there, is the agent and let me tell you, Kevin Kulle is THE agent you want! I cannot recommend him and his team enough and I am so grateful I "stumbled" upon him and that he is my agent! Thank you Kevin and your team for all you do!
