5 /5 Kristy Lee: We contacted them because our health insurance just wasnt providing everything we needed. Brianna contacted me and helped me find a better plan for the same price. My partner and I both switched and she spent 2 hours helping us get everything figured out. She never seemed rushed or bothered by our circumstances. Since our appointment she has followed up with our new company to make sure our applications had gone through and let us know what we needed to do to get the proofs to speed up the process. Shes working hard for us and I honestly dont know how shes getting paid because they arent charging us a cent. We now have a new agent we trust and know we can go to in the future for our insurance needs.
