I always have 20 questions and he is very patient in answering them! He will definitely make sure you get the best deal. We have our regular cars, our antique pickup, motorcycle and camper all listed with him.

1 /5 Julie Stansel: Our experience with Kevin has been absolutely awful! He works like a dirty car salesman. When I called to get quotes, he asked if Id had any tickets or accidents in the last 3yrs to which I answered "no" the rate quote was high, he said "well you have an accident on record" I said, no sir, I do not! He brought up a 7yr old claim! This is gross misconduct! When I called him on it he said its still on the Nexxus therefore he was using it to quote. Legally he cannot do that. Right there I shouldnt have done business with him but we desparately needed the lowest possible policy and Progressive was still it so I let him write our policies. When the policy was up for renewal I called Keven because husbands vehicle price went up, he said it was because Id moved my car to State Farm in AZ as I was moving ahead of my husband to help family. I told him we were not renewing due to the cost & that Id already signed my husband up on State Farm for a multiple policy discount. He called us back the day after the Policy expiration and said we failed to cancel and now we were going to have a permanent "RED" mark for lapse in coverage and its going to hurt us FOREVER! We never had one day lapse coverage in our life! There was no lapse in coverage. He was retaliating and bullying us because we moved insurance. We are disgusted at his unprofessional behavior, retaliation and bullying us! I have reported this to Escalations through Progessive and we are hiring an Attorney. If youve experienced the same I encourage you to call & report it so he does not do this to anyone else, its highly stressful and wrong.

5 /5 Bruce Voss: When we first came to the Nicholson Insurance Group, Kent did a thorough review of all of our insurance coverages. He proposed the best coverage, rates and companies. He regularly reviews our coverages to keep them current. Kent always acts professionally and is quick to respond to my emails, calls or texts.
