Shik Roosberg This is the second time I have done business here and they never fail with amazing customer service, follow ups and greetings! I sizes my wedding band the first time and the second time I replaced the stone and had a minor repair, TK assisted me and his customer service was impeccable! He takes care of all customers and acknowledges everyone with respect! He never made me feel looked down on which I’ve received from other jewelry stores, the price was fair!!! I will be doing more business here soon and having them create some pieces in the future!!! I wish you all much success!!!

Cheryl Collins Pearland Jewelry repaired my grandmother’s wedding ring for me and did a beautiful job. The prongs were broken because of 70 years of wear and the ring is platinum. The coordinating band was made at a later time and was white gold, which was wearing off and needed dipped. Then I needed to increase it two sizes in order to wear on my right hand. All these repairs were done at a reasonable cost and in 4 days!! I am thrilled!

Riley Ray Sobczak If you need anything engraved and want to use the best around, I recommend Abe’s Engraving at Plaza Fine Jewelry in Dallas above all else! I went in to get a watch engraved as an anniversary gift, and Raja was both helpful and pleasant to chat with! The watch I brought wasn’t exactly what I was looking for but I’d had limited options online. In store, she noticed I liked the other watches and proceeded to showed me a number of comparable options in-store (but only after confirming I could return the original watch for a refund)! I purchased watch 1 from her and placed an order for engraving with a few words and a date. The back of the watch is tricky, limited space, but they made it work beautifully! I’ve now returned the original watch for a full refund. Not only was she incredibly helpful, she was also incredibly understanding. I purchased the watch and left it for engraving, then had a change of heart within 30 minutes. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to exchange it with another watch, but she completely took that worry away. She took watch 1 back with a smile and helped me to purchase watch 2, which I picked up today after engraving. I am so happy that I chose to go with Plaza Fine Jewelry and especially Raja, as she was a wonderful and kind salesperson who really made the whole process a breeze. And I must of course mention that the finished watch is beyond what I imagined - I’ve it! I think my partner will love it as well. Thank you so much for your help, kindness, and speed with getting it to me within my short time frame. I absolutely recommend this store to any and everyone in the DFW area - you will not be disappointed!

Abdus Qurashi I recently wanted to buy a necklace as a gift while I was in Killeen and after doing my research to find the right jeweler, I came across Luxia. I then went to the shop myself to see the piece I wanted, and when I walked in I was greeted by the staff & and they were able to answer every question that I had regarding what I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised to find so many different styles and metals of jewelry that were in display but eventually we decided on a gold filled necklace that came with a letter of authenticity and beautiful box where the necklace was stored. Luxia is now definitely the only place I will be getting my jewelry from when I’m in the area.

After some terrible service at Sunland Park, she was able to help us with some broken earrings and put charms on our bracelets when Sunland Park refused to. Thank you Joi!
