5 /5 Jen Hart: Daneb is such an amazing agent! She’s so helpful and goes the extra mile to explain things and curate the perfect policy. Joel is also very very kind and supportive. This is a solid team and in the midst of inflation I was considering switching to a different company but I am staying for two reasons; my rate would be around the same with a different company and the customer service is unmatched at this office! Thank you Denab and Joel for the years of amazing service.

1 /5 J Bank: Called local office to discuss discriminatory practices of intentionally denying claims following the storm July 8th. Allstate is preying on minorities communities and not paying out fair claims. The local office can’t speak to it, says they are just a sales agency. Selling products to minorities that do not work when they need them. ALLSTATE is full on DEI hires. A company is full of Didn’t Earn It hires paying out claims best of equity, not need. Discrimination from the very top, hard to believe another scam on the people. Allstate is hands down the WORST carrier out there. All their clients should wake up, their people in the local office are very deceptive too when you start pinning them down with questions. You are not I. Good hands, as a matter of fact the opposite.

He is always responsive, very helpful when explaining thing we’re not knowledgable about, and just a pleasure to do business with.
