1 /5 Viktor R: The level of incompetence displayed by Jim Adams during a custody suit was almost incomprehensible to me. He filed a petition incorrectly and what should take 2 weeks, took 2.5 month. He couldn’t serve a subpoena to a witness that agreed to testify and would make a huge difference in my case. He pressured me to agree to mediation conditions that I made clear that I don’t want to accept. He will drag out a custody suit as long as he can for self-gain. He did not represent my interest and made situation more stressful than it already was.

Unfortunately, my experience with Jim Adams Attorney At Law did not meet these expectations. From the outset, communication was a significant issue. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email, there was no response from Mr. Adams or his team. This lack of responsiveness left me feeling neglected and uncertain about the progress of my case. Effective communication is fundamental in the legal profession, and the failure to acknowledge client inquiries is unacceptable. Moreover, the apparent lack of concern displayed by Mr. Adams regarding my case was disheartening. Every legal matter is significant to the individuals involved, and as a client, I expected my concerns to be treated with the utmost attention and care. However, the indifference exhibited by Mr. Adams further exacerbated my dissatisfaction with the service provided. Overall, my experience with Jim Adams Attorney At Law was deeply unsatisfactory. 2 /5 ron morton: I found Mr Adams through my legal plan to help with a divorce case. I can say that my divorce did get done and the outcome was good and settled amicably between my ex and myself. However, communication with the staff was horrible whether it was through the portal the office utilizes or directly via email or phone. Often it would take multiple attempts to get an answer or update from them. The associate attorney in the office was very confident in himself and his legal abilities though i never saw anything that supported his claims. At the end of one call, he asked my thoughts on how they could improve customer service in the office. My first and simplest of suggestions was to respond in a thorough and timely fashion. This was obviously never taken to heart. My final experience was logging into the portal to get an update on the status of a document pending signature from the court. I was specifically asked to communicate through the portal by the paralegal. I received no update (as usual) so went to send a message as directed. Upon logging in I found my access to the site had been disabled and to "contact the attorney". I emailed the office asking for an update and noting that my access to the portal was blocked. I received an email back stating that the document was signed 4 days prior and that if i needed the document I could get it from the courts website...Done.

5 /5 Joe Smith: My wife filled for divorce and someone recommended I talk to Mr. Adams. I didnt want a divorce but I had no choice because she did and she wanted everything she could get out of me. I expected a had situation to become a nightmare but I was wrong. I felt a lot better after my 1st meeting with Mr. Adams. He assured me he would do everything possible to make it as bearable and inexpensive as possible and thats exactly what he did. And I didnt get taken to the cleaners either. Because of the way he handled it, my ex-wife and I arent enemies. I recommended Mr. Adams very highly.

A friend told me about Jim Adams so my wife called him because the other guys insurance kept putting us of saying they were investigating the claim. They even said the wreck might have been my fault! They changed their sorry when Mr. Adams sent them a letter to tell them I had hired him to represent me. That was about 3 years ago. I still have trouble with my back and have to get lumbar injections once a year - which are 100% paid for by that insurance company. It took some time, but Mr. Adams made them do what they should have done right after the wreck - pay all my lost wages, medical bills and pay for my therapy visits. And he helped me get enough money to purchase a new truck - that was destroyed in the accident. If I wake up in the middle of the night from back pain, I dont have to worry about how Im going to pay for a doctor visit, an MRI, or anything else related to the wreck. Mr. Adams stood his ground for me because he knew I was going to have medical bills in the years after the wreck. And hes so quiet and polite. No false promises. I laugh at those Jim Adler commercials where he calls himself the Texas Hammer. I didnt need a hammer. I needed an honest attorney with lots of experience. Thats Mr. Adams. And his staff is very courteous and understanding. Mr. Adams deserves 1,000 stars as far as Im concerned. David P.
