5 /5 Andrea I: I contacted Whalen Law Office to provide legal advice concerning an issue at work. No legal action had been filed against me but I wanted some preliminary advice. They set up a free consultation within the week. They even provided a recommendation for a civil attorney as well to make sure that my situation was evaluated fully. They were also willing to review my email that would be sent to my companys executive team. A few weeks later, they followed up to see if I had any further questions. They helped me make a difficult decision and now I feel confident in my decision. I will return to Whalen Law Offices if my situation results in further legal action.

We began working with this law office back in May, planning and preparing everything for what we were told would be an important consultation on 6/26. We rearranged our schedules, took the entire day off work, and came fully prepared. At the last minute, the lawyer canceled — citing a "schedule mishap." Absolutely unprofessional and completely unacceptable. After weeks of preparation, to be dismissed so casually with no real accountability shows a complete lack of respect for our time and situation. Save yourself the trouble and find someone who values their clients and can manage a calendar.

I was looking for guidance and was willing to hear out and setup an appointment, but was left with a bitter sense of "hurry up Im busy and we dont have time right now to help you." Either way, cant speak for their work, but initial interaction and first impressions are important.
