Alex Nguyen I went here for the first time today to change out a watch battery and remove a couple of links. The staff was very welcoming, started to assist me right away, and did exactly what I needed today. When I went to pay, they told me it was on the house since it was my first visit there. I was truly surprised! What a wonderful business and staff. Im writing this to let anyone looking for a jewelry/repair shop in The Woodlands know they should definitely give them a visit. Kay M. Henry did an amazing job with my tennis bracelet. He does great work, communicates with the customer well and is very efficient. I was very pleased with the quick turnaround time. I’d asked him to remove some links from my bracelet, but he went above and beyond by cleaning it and fixing the broken clasp as well. He also cleaned my necklace for me on the spot when I picked up my bracelet. Definitely recommend!
