PrideStaff Financial - Irving

LE V Pride Staff at Decker Dr in Irving TX really helps and delivers a human professional touch, and their clients are major and established companies in Dallas. They are transparent, use modern technology to stay ahead of the competition, and listen to my career needs and commute preferences. I feel comfortable because I can really trust Pride Staff as an employer. They are working really hard to place me permanently and in the meantime, are keeping me busy with atemporary assignment. Keep up the great work!

Cardinal Financial Company, Limited Partnership - Granbury

eric fisher We were pre approved by 2 other banks and used this one which had the highest interest rate cause the recast option was desirable for our situation. We had to constantly email the same same documents several times, 4 or 5 out of approximately 25 of which were our fault and not the correct documents. This became increasingly annoying as our loan officer and her team decided to start working on our loan about week out from closing, we went a month not hearing from anyone. We asked at least 3 times about buying our points down and received no help except for the fact that the day we signed on the dotted line we seen that somehow we had already bought the points down from 8.1% to 7.35% with $5,300. If it had not been for the fact that we were ready to move and the fact that there were 2 other families waiting for this to go through to make their next home purchases happen, we would have went our previous bank. Our loan officer was not only unfamiliar with our loan when they did decide to work on it but she insisted that I had not disclosed all information needed for this loan. We filled out the review after closing that they asked for with no reply.
