Lynn Lance Went to Ace to get a money order 600.00 off my EBT card and the lady said swipe your card then she said that it didnt go through, so she had me swipe again it didnt go through again! She handed me two receipts and one said connection error network timed out so I go home call my card and sure enough the money was withdrawen as an eft, I called support opened a ticket the district manager called and told me to get a copy of my statement, so I hand delivered it to the cashier and she said up to 72 hours the boss will get back to you so three days later I called and the cashier said oh my boss said we didnt receive the funds check with your bank so I did but its an EBT card the only way to get the money returned by EBT is skimming or phishing theft and that there is no way they can refund any monies because it shows that ace check cashing had processed an eft via the POS machine! So I have to do my due diligence and find out that the cashier needs to go to the POS machine and upload all the offline pending transactions! So I put in another ticket through cs and I even email the ace president and nothing Ive received nothing in response from anyone! I waited till June 2 one month after the incident happened and to no avail I still havent received the reimbursement from the POS machine! This is 600.00 well 615.32 to be exact! I need my funds desperately and no one will follow up or reply to my email! Its very very frustrating because now I owe someone 600.00 and I dont have it. Im sick to my stomach over this. This is more than frustrating its hindered my life , bills didnt get paid and Im in debt now. I had to research who owned the POS or atms inside ace so here I am . The last not only has been rude but she probably took my money! Im out 615.32 because no one will help me. I will never ever go to Ace check cashing for anything and Ive been a customer for over 4 years there and I will never go back. Its a shame that a billion dollar company just scoffs at the poor and passes the buck to someone else as if it doesnt matter and clearly it doesnt but to me it does matter, 600.00 is a lot of money.
