We called the 1-800 number for Allstate in August 2024. we got insurance at an agreed upon price. In November 2024 unbeknown to us they billed our mortgage for an additional 1,000 dollars. We contacted customer service and got no where. We contacted Gracey and she said for us to transfer our policy to her as our Agent.We did and three days later we were able to get a refund for our 1,000 dollars. We never realized the importance of having an agent. We highly recommend Gracey and her Team. Honest and reliable.
