Roberta Cortez When i started with this company years ago I had an awful experience that was unimaginable. I could not get a hold of corporate or anyone in upper management to respond. I called in and Loren Lopez assisted me and was so very pleasant and explained everything to MY understanding. I stayed with the company because of Loren. Today another young lady assisted me and was not good, but scooted over to Loren she took control explained with total patience. If you need help and want a pleasant experience ask for Loren Lopez. Marcella Paull I started doing business with Jim Dexter from Dexter & Company the early part of 2021. Jim is thorough in his explanation of all the policies I am interested in. He is friendly, easy to speak to, listens to my concerns and found policies that far exceeded my expectations. Not only were his policies better than the policies I was carrying from another insurance company but he saved me a great deal of money in the process. My only regret is that I did not know about Dexter & Company years ago.
